At BITDNA we are committed to protect and respect your privacy in compliance with EU- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679, dated April 27th, 2016. This privacy statement explains when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure. When we collect personal data about you

When you interact with us in person – through correspondence, by phone, by social media, or through our www.bitdna.id (“Site”). When we get personal information from other legitimate sources, such as third-party data aggregators, BITDNA marketing partners, public sources or social networks. Type of personal data collected

We collect your email, full name and company’s name, but in addition, we can also collect phone numbers. We may also collect feedback, comments and questions received from you in service-related communication and activities, such as meetings, phone calls, chats, documents, and emails. If you apply for a job at BITDNA, we collect the data you provide during the application process. BITDNA does not collect or process any particular categories of personal data, such as unique public identifiers or sensitive personal data.

Information we collect automatically

We automatically log information about you and your computer. For example, when visiting www.bitdna.id, we log ‎your computer operating system type,‎ browser type,‎ browser language,‎ pages you viewed,‎ how long you spent on a page,‎ access times,‎ internet protocol (IP) address and information about your actions on our Site.

The use of cookies and web beacons

Recruitment Data Protection Notice

This Recruitment Data Protection Notice (the “Notice”) will inform you what personal information we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. To the extent applicable local laws create additional responsibilities or obligations from those set out in this Notice, we will comply with those additional legal obligations.

When submitting your employment application, your information will be supplied to the BITDNA company in the country in which the job is located. This Notice sets out what information PT.     We collect the information below about you during the recruitment process. If you fail to provide certain information when requested, we will not be able to process your application.

    • Information you provide in your curriculum vitae, application form, covering letter and otherwise during the interview process, including: your name, date of birth, age, gender, home address, personal email address, education, qualification and work experience details, and references.
    • Information we collect or create during the recruitment process including: interview notes, test scores and correspondence between us.
    • Information about criminal convictions if requested: we reserve the right to carry out background checks as part of the recruitment process if required, and provided it is permitted by the applicable laws.
    • Special categories of personal data: where you elect to provide this information to BiTDNA, this may include racial and ethnic origin information, information relating to disabilities, physical or mental health information, and immigration/naturalisation records. We do not require you to submit any special categories of personal data as part of your employment application.     We may share your personal information with companies, organisations and individuals inside the HANA Group for administrative and management purposes. We may also share some of your data with our insurers, professional advisers, service providers that require access to the data for our business purposes, and any references.
